Refund Process

If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmation, Motorcycle Tours Asia™ reserves the right to retain your deposit or tour payment partially to cover any costs incurred.

Refund Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations 60 days or more before tour commencement: 50% refundable.
• Cancellations within 59 days or fewer before departure: Non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted using the provided cancellation form.

Each cancellation request is reviewed individually and must be approved by Motorcycle Tours Asia™ before any refund is processed.
