Refund Process

If you choose to cancel your booking after confirmation, Motorcycle Tours Asia reserves the right to retain your deposit or tour payment partially to cover any costs incurred.

Refund Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations 60 days or more before tour commencement: 50% refundable.
• Cancellations within 59 days or fewer before departure: Non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted using the provided cancellation form.

Each cancellation request is reviewed individually and must be approved by Motorcycle Tours Asia before any refund is processed.
